  • Accurate — +/- 5% of reading over full range
  • Small footprint — 20 x 20 μm2 active area
  • Chemically selective — Capable of measuring < 0.5% oxygen in nitrogen
  • Robust — MEMS-free construction works at temperatures > 250 °C
  • Non-ionizing — Compatible with sensitive environments
  • Easy-to-use — Available with standard vacuum flanges and electrical outputs
